Customer service was good. The personnel was able to answer all my queries and very patient. Kudos! Wanted to purchase the iPad Pro but they do not have stock. The problem is that we have to wait a month if we place an order. Why so long? Other than this, place was nice and items displayed very nicely in the store.

I don't know how you train your staff. They need to be reminded that they are workers there and not some heir/heiress. They treat me like I can't afford to shop there. Masing2 nampak selekeh tp ada hati nak layan orang mcm orang bawahan dia. So entitled!
Today i went here to update my IOS .. I left my phone here with my lockscreen password to them for an hour ..When i received my phone, obviously my phone privacy was invaded because someone purposely read my whatsapp message ..no one admit it when i ask and when i made a phone call to report this .. I hope their workers are more responsible about someone else's privacy.
