I was able to shop, buy and ride in a matter of hours. I looked for a car at 2pm, got off work at 5:00, got to the dealership at 6:30 and was driving at 7:30. Best experience in buying ever. Keisha was an awesome sales rep and Asmail handled the financing. Great customer service handled with professionalism

She was very thorough, patient, considerate of my young daughter that I had with me and very helpful and speedy throughout the whole process. If I could give them zero stars I would...We bought a 2014 3 series BMW from this dealership over a month ago with a headlamp malfunction alert active on the vehicle. The dealership had a promise to fix in the contract. The manager Ismail told us to come get the vehicle stating it was fixed the day after we purchased it. The light was working but the headlamp alert was still active. We returned the vehicle for him to take it to BMW for repair. He actually wanted us to take the vehicle as if it was fixed with the active headlamp alert stating “it works”. (Would you take a vehicle with the check engine light active and let someone tell you “it’s running”?!) long story short we have gotten the run around it’s a month and a half later (one car note has been paid for a car we have only driven one day) and we still do not have our vehicle. The manager Ismail had the audacity to tell us after they have had the car for over a month that he will have someone else in house to take a look at it now instead of taking it to BMW as promised. Oh, he offered a free oil change for the inconvenience. No, I need the money back for the first car note we paid and the inconvenience of not having a car we purchased over a month ago. This dealership is a joke. Do not let these fake reviews fool you. Seriously!

I've been hearing about Ellen while I've been looking around for a 7 series BMW. I called her today and she was able to schedule my appointment quickly. Once I made it to the dealership she was very friendly, professional & very knowledgeable on the car that I wanted. She took the time to really explain the finance system and explained in detail about how I can continue building my credit with my auto loan. I haven't felt comfortable enough submitting an app at any other dealership until today. This is my first auto loan. Ellen and Ismail, the finance manager, did an EXCELLENT job! Not only did I get a great deal on my new 7 series BMW, I understand the different factors that go into building credit and Ismail explained all of the details of my loan in a way that I could really understand it. That type of customer service is rare these days! I recommend this dealership 10000% !! Ask for Ellen and Ismail! They will make all your worries about financing a car go away and work hard to get the best deal for their customers!! They changed my perspective on car sales people.

From the minute I walked in Ellen greeted me with a smile and made me feel right home! She explained how their system works and I immediately felt comfortable enough to go ahead and do my application. Ellen explained everything in detail about finance and even more so on the specific vehicle I wanted! She patiently explained every single detail of my new car and went as far as printing out all the specifications of my car to keep on hand! Once I went into the finance office I met Ismail and he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to go home in my new car with the down payment I had in my budget! Ismail called the bank and went over my information with them and they ended up working with us so I could get it today! Come see Ellen and Ismail! They will take good care of you!

Ellen went above and beyond in her job. Excellent customer service, communication and was a fun person to work with.
