Should have read the reviews before I hired them. Didn’t return phone calls in a timely manner and didn’t finish up the work to my liking. Will not use them again. All they can offer me is service. I can buy tile services anywhere. I did not get good service.

I went in to put a deposit on my tile. I was so surprised at the low amount, I actually questioned the order. Excellent price!!!! I've asked for 2nd opinions on accent pieces and although they were hesitant, they gave me their honest opinion. Everyone bent over backwards to be kind and helpful.

Absolutely terrible experience with Kendall Williams of Tile One in Naples, FL. Kendall is very short tempered and not pleasant to work with at all. If I could give a ZERO or negative star review, I would. He promised he would make several things correct, but had no follow through with anything he promised to fix. He was non-responsive every step of the way until he said the job was done and slapped us with the invoice that included items not discussed and without any change orders or final approval of prices. He bullied us with a property lien after asking questions about the bill. No walk-through to see if we were even pleased with the work, no communication, and very very very slow contractor. It took Kendall Williams nearly two years to finish a very small remodel.

Never do business with this den of thieves. We ordered tile from them and they cut our order short. We found out after we had laid all 1000 square feet of it, and we were less then 4 feet short. We requested that they send us a few slabs more and they refused. After repeated attempts they finally gave us tile, except it was the wrong tile. We brought it in to discuss it with them and they said they had run out of the tile and would not be getting any more. Our customer wanted matching tiles (who wouldn't?) so we had to pay to have the tile chipped up and replaced with new tile. Despite being 100% at fault for our costs, they are refusing to refund the tile that they failed to provide. They should also have to pay the labor we had to pay to chip the tile up, but of course they are not going to. It's unbelievable that they are going to get away with this scam.
