Pretty well organized ski school. Booked a skiing course for my 7 year old son. There was no problem to change group mid course for higher level. My son enjoyed the course even though he speaks no Italian.

Can absolutely recommend. 3 private lessons and my 20 year old girlfriend who never stood on ski could do the blue slope safety and was able to do (still a bit uncontrolled) curving.
