Visited the store this morning at 0930, a fifteen mile round trip. Website said that opened at 0900, as did the opening times on the door. Store was closed and they don’t answer the phone, nor return messages. Very poo customer service! NB

With the exception of Jane, very poor customer service. Staff aren’t so friendly and make you feel rather unwelcome despite spending quite a sum of money.
Sian at Miller Rayner was an amazing help, I was extremely limited for time and her actions saved me from turning up to a function in my shorts and t-shirt! Great service, can’t recommend enough!
Very efficient online service. Telephone enquiry staff couldn't be more helpful. Uniform, shirts and epaulettes excellent quality.
