Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Bill McCarthy couldn't do enough to make things easier from pricing to delivery. Bill McCarthy took the car to our place of business and let us test drive overnight. He answered all calls before and after the purchase immediately. Mitchel Volvo was the best Volvo dealership to do business with by far!!

Best Volvo dealership for service--honest, accommodating, helpful and friendly--most importantly, honest & trustworthy--you don't have to worry about being ripped off. Ed and Steve are fantastic--old school and the best. Unfortunately, they closed shop as of 8/1/2018. As a satellite location of Mitchell Volvo of Simsbury. Too bad. This was a gem of a dealership. Now I have to take my service elsewhere. I had dealt with three other Volvo dealers in Fairfield and New Haven counties previously--all untrustworthy and rip-offs artists. Hopefully Volvo will put another dealership in Litchfield Hills area, one which is staffed by professionals--as far as I understand, Volvo Corporate is demanding dealers to make heavy site improvements in their facilities for upgraded look--they were doing this 20 years ago. Please be reminded that good old fashion honest sales and service is what matters, and cars designed to provide utility and good value, not just outlandish passing style. How the dealership looks matters less than how it serves.
