Great, quality Italian food with lots of options, welcoming staff, but slow service. I ate dinner with some local Italian friends and glad I did since nobody spoke English. We had a reservation, so we got seated immediately. We ordered the bruschetta, raviolis with ricotta and spinach, and mushrooms, and the abbacchio al forno, and trippa for second dish. We shared some other dishes, but forgot the names. Most of the dishes were amazing, especially the raviolis. The Abbacchio was really tasty and cooked well, but not very filling. I did not enjoy trippa, though my Italian friend love it. Service was a bit slow and it took a while to get our orders. Great for outdoor seating.

The food was average, but what really bothered us was that the kitchen staff wasn’t taking any covid precautions. There were 3 women in the kitchen, one was not wearing a mask and the other two had the masks on the chin, with their mouth and nose out. The kitchen is open right at the entrance and everyone can see them when they come in. They also messed my my order and brought me a gricia instead of a caccio e pepe. I ended up keeping the gricia because I didn’t want to wait any longer. Unfortunately It was very oily.

The food here is HANDS DOWN... one of the most amazing things in all of Castelli Romani. Home made EVERYTHING. 100% family-owned for generations. Order the carbonara or agnolotti, or steak... Mmmmmmm

Most customers are local people. Price per value and casual. Nice staff. Stairs to the toilet.
