This is an \animal farm\ in the sense of George Orwell. These are very unprofessional people whose sole concern is \media fame\ and \grants money\. This that they call \an institute\ is a typical farm, where the president - who is a jobless doctorate holder in sociology - only uses this association to advance his interests and that of his family and close network. Their calls for applications are just facades. They only contact their friends and family members. They never return emails or phone calls. Their Facebook page is even worse: the only reply one gets is an automatized \thank you for contacting us.
These people are not professional, at all. They don't even answer their emails or pick up the phone. The official website is a disorganised mess, and the information found in the phone directory is invalid! How is this even possible?? I think that is quite 'normal' by Moroccan Standards, I have been told.
