I am blown away by Discsport and their customer service. I’ve tried for a long time to find one of my favorite discs that’s sold out in the US. When I found that Discsport had it, I ordered it from them. After ordering it in red, I second guessed myself about wanting it in yellow. Admittedly, the color is really not a big deal at all. However, I emailed them to see if it would be possible to get it in yellow instead. Within 24 hours, I got a response: “Consider it done.” A few minutes later, I got a notification that it had shipped. That level of customer service is top notch. I will absolutely be ordering more disc supplies from them in the future.
Hello, I made an order, no status change for a while now, contacted you via e-mails, tried to call you but no answer. Would really like to know the status of my order. Edit: Received my order, all was good. Still no response from customer service. Giving 4 stars because lack of communication that you expect from online store.
Hello! I have tried to contact you via email about my paid order for a week now. I have not received any answers and my order is missing when i log in in your website. I wonder if you will ever send my backbag to me or if I should ask for refund though I don't know how. Edit After resolving technical difficulties I received fast and excellent customer service. Matter was resolved in a day once I got contact with their staff and I can't wait to get my order. :)
***** Edit got my 2 glow worlds today, just wow couldnt be happier with the service and speed. Really did not expect to see them till after christmas but 4 days? Holy cow, thank you for being promp on the missing discs, best customer service. Ordered a total of 11 discs on 12/10/2020, 2 blank k3 bergs 6 k1 bergs 1 mini berg and 2 glow worlds. Got all the bergs yesterday just missing the worlds, emailed them right away, they got back to me within id say 18 hours (time difference). Took 6 days to get first package from sweeden to sioux falls south dakota in the US 12/10-12/16, i dont expect to get the missing worlds before christmas but i just happy to be getting them. Customer service has been great, bergs look great, one was changed from fire orange to brand orange which looks kind of red in certain lights but in sunlight can see orange which all that matters. Cant wait to order more discs that i cant find here in the states.
Worst customer service, it takes 4 workdays to answer mails. Even though THEY messed up the order and sent the wrong items. You can't call them, since they won't answer the phone. The past three months I've spend 8000 SEK in their shop, and I'm treated like garbage. I also returned some discs and paid for the shipping my self. Haven't heard a word from them still, a 1000 SEK return. If you can, order else where. Only reason I did my shopping here was because they had a big variety. Seriously, look else where.
