This was not the best experience ever. First of all if one follow the address of this automated generated email you end up at the showroom. It would be good if it explained how to get at the garage. Second I went for a manufacturing failure. The appointment was made at least a month ago. The part that needed to be replaced was not in stock..., how is that possible? So I need to come back one more time. Third there was no replacement car available. The people working there are very nice by the way, but not even an apology. There’s room for improvement. Service is something completely different than just being nice...

I would say there is no customer service in this company, no one answers emails (even after sending 2 or 3 emails) no one answer the phone and when they do answer the phone they are not so nice. A LOT to improve in this BMW service shop
This company doesn't reply to e-mails. They should remove the e-mail address from the web page.
If you're going in for service, make sure you search for Bilia Service otherwise you get sent to the wrong entrance on another road.

Otroligt arrogant och drygt bemötande när man ringer för att få veta vad en viss reparation kostar. Jag borde redan här insett vad jag skulle få. När jag skulle hämta ut bilen från verkstaden överenskommen tid, bad de mig vänta två timmar, då den inte var klar. Jag drev runt i köpcentret och återkom på den nya tiden. Var bilen klar? Nej, den stod upplyft på hiss och mekanikern hade gått hem. Det var en långhelg, så jag fick inte bara vänta när jag var där, bilen blev kvar över helgerna.
