I closed my account in April 2019. I filled the form, completed all the formalities and was assured that my account will be closed. But even after almost 2 years it’s not been done and I am being charged non-maintenance fees. I’ve been trying to reach through email or chat but it’s impossible to get in touch with an actual person who can help. The service is so disappointing. Try to stay away from this bank.

I have account in this bank, they gives more and more facilities on your mobile, your wallet cards, net banking and every NEFT and RTGS are available in mobile banking too. I have such a great experience for this bank. And more they have lots of places for discount any time like big bazar, Inox and so on....
