Very poor service, very bad laptop and HP printer experience. 2 years ago I gave my laptop back up memory after format a drive. They took 1 month, but they did not solve my problem. However, due to his careless engineer, the Laptop screen hindge is also broken by him. #dellindia#delllaptop#dell# About printer, before 20 days ago I gave HP printer for Service .They told that they will do in 2-3 days but they not give any single response after I took follow up they told that we can't recieve parts from company so we can't do nothing in this, so you can take your printer from here. I recently bought a tenda router from them, turns out the antennas were not able to stand firm, the end parts were coming out of their sockets holding them, I had to complain which they fixed it & returned, 2 days back it was back to same, so took it back & asked them to get me a new piece, was denied, said I'll get the same piece fixed, I simply asked them to replace with a better & costlier router, denied again, so had to return it back & get the money, which they did.
