Branch Staff don't even know basic process to issue new Debit card.. even after receiving new Card unable to get Green PIN from any ATM of Punjab Bank.. have to visit branch again and again for simple issues.. Even branch manager don't have enough knowledge how to process it. Another issue pending for new cheque book..
