Very reliable service. We planned Kaziranga trip just 10 hours before. But got the taxi as well as the Jungle Safari confirmed immediately. The driver was on time. No hidden or additional charges other than the actual charge.

ASSAM, MEGHALAYA AND ARUNACHAL PRADESH- 20TH JANUARY TO FEBRUARY 1, 2020 – Anshuman Travels, Naugaum, Guwahti We a group of three “G OF 3S” SESHA, SHIVA N SRIDHARA decided to visit Three out of Seven Sister States of North East India. Accordingly, I contacted many travel agencies at Guwahati and surroundings for support of transport and accommodation. I was satisfied with one agency by name M/s Anshuman Travels, Naugaum, about 120 kms away from Guwahati. Mr. Swarnendu Biswas, Founder/Proprietor of the Agency was contacted over phone and got all the details. Mr. Biswas was kind enough to support us with an Innova car and a wonderful owner cum driver, Mr. Debshish. The middle aged Mr. Debshish was well aware of the mountain driving and the terrain of entire seven sister states. Throughout he had known persons, establishments, restaurants and lodges. While on the way to Bomdila, we met Mr. Biswas at Naugaum. He was a very humble and polite gentleman. We were happy to see him. Overall, Mr. Biswas and Mr. Debshish and the Innova 4209 gave us wonderful support during our entire journey. We did not face any problem in respect of the Vehicle or the Driver. Mr. Debshish was so experienced, he did not use wheel chains even on snowbound roads. It was a very nice and comfortable journey, even at difficult terrains with Mr. Debshish. We strongly recommend M/s Anshuman Travels, Naugaum for comfortable and safe travel in North East. Next year we are proposing to tour the remaining four sister states, of course with ANSHUMAN TRAVELS AND SPECIFICALLY WITH MR. DEBSHISH. The trip was nicely organised and even though we had many intermittent changes in our plans, our host Swarnendu provided us with good alternatives... Although admittedly the driver of our Innova was at times not as cooperative as we would have liked, all in all it was an amazing experience. The hotels were also very good and the overall experience was just amazing and a week that will be etched in our memories forever.
