It's a fine place to stay, missing proper kitchen and space makes it only a decent stay.. while connectivity to Nagaon beach is the best part... Caretaker was helpful guy.. stay is available only on ground floor which makes view limited.. all in all a fine stay!!

Good villa to stay, near to the beach. However, there service is too slow, we were 17 adults3 kids and we had placed our order well in-advance. But it took more than 3 hrs. for them to prepare basic food. They can do well if they understand customer requirement and stock food well in-advance by asking the customers/ guest there requirement before they arrive at the resort.

Nice villa ! Well maintained cleanliness . Very close to beach .And the ambience was great along with garden .Staff were helpful . The only issue was with the food service they, took hours to prepare it. But it was quality food. Worth visiting!

This is a great option for a perfect stay at Nagaon. Very close to the beach with nice, clean and hygienic facilities. The caretaker, Prasad is a very genuine guy.

Nice, cozy and peaceful environments for stay. They have home cooked foods. The garden was lovely. Both the caretakers are very helpful and kind. The only draw back is the availability of mobile networks but they have broadband connections.

There are only four rooms available on the ground floor.First floor is not available for tourists. Room service is not available. Food on order only. Homely food.Good taste ..No Restaurant.. In short ठिक ठीक हॉटेल Average

It's too good to stay and enjoy the local homemade food . Rooms are clean and neat with WIFI in place Ample space for parking Small garden for children 3-4 min walk to beach Very good food quality and quantity. Even though breakfast is included in package they served what we requested in the breakfast. Caretaker Prasad sutar sir and madam is too good for their service and local food Will surely visit again Thanks, Mangesh
