The staff behaviour is very bad and they just keep percel at office
like
Denied door delivery . Asked to collect. Phone numbers always switch off. No proper response.
Good for local courier services....it is not international as they demand.....

There couldn't be a courier service worse than this. Neither they notify about your package nor they deliver it unless you call them. And the phone number LMAO IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK Whenever I order something I only hope DTDC isn't the courier partner
Worst courier service of Nagaon. Very bad staff. They wont call or contact when yr parcel arrives. U have to reach their office to get yr parcel. They dont have a valid phone number. The behaviour of the staff is very bad. They spoiled d DTDC name..
The DTDC service of NOGAON is not good. The stuff of this office doesn’t behave good during the phone call. When someone is asking for thier parcel than they just cut the calls.
