A very bad experience with the store manager and as well as the staff. The amount of good response and well-behaviour is only subjected to the moment of purchasing an appliance. Once the money is with them, the customers are of no value to them. We have been suffering with the connection of a washing machine which we purchased few days back and have been trying to contact them since. Their fraudulent words and the work which they provide have let us down in every way. The Manager, Mr. Prashanta has least dedication and interest in the work which he has been assigned in this store. And the information provided in the website is all false. Worst customer experience I have had and seen in this place. I am writing this in order to let others know the actual degraded service which they provide so that it would be helpful for people to decide.
Very arrogant and unprofessional staff. You can not bargain there. They will just insult you.
