Had been to this place to buy shades, they had a superb variety in various brands that I was completely confused to select one, guess what, I ended up buying three. I was given a discount without even me saying or begging for any. Very polite and helpful staff. Very considerate owners and best experience for me in terms of customer service. I have been recommending this to all my friends and family and trust me no one was disappointed even a bit and my recommendation was honoured and Akshay opticals earned more happy and loyal customers. One of the worst opticals in town n i can say for sure. I was here just for nose buds of my specs n the taklu(bald) owner charged me 20 rupees for 2 nose buds. Who charges for nose buds man! If u r making spectacles every now n then from a shop, u just hope to get a service that is just letting u to not change the shop in future. Felt really bad about his attitude as i said y r u chargung for this? he said " wo pahale ke zamane me hota tha, ab paise lagte hai". U charge people that fine but at least give me a bill. What a way of tax evasion Mr.taklu.
The staff is good especially the lady is very polite, has indepth knowledge of glasses and not tired to show the products unlike some shop owners. I couldn't find the particular frame I was looking for which I had seen in one showroom but surely will buy products from this shop next time. As a customer I was satisfied with the service.
