Worst hall we have ever seen. People please don't book this hall. We have experienced the worst from them since this covid 19 situation. Due to lockdown we had our booking for 9th march. They kept telling us to trust them and they will conduct marriage anyhow. And one day before they cancelled saying its governments order . Also they refused to pay us back our amount. While we payed them 2 lack 36000 with gst they kept asking for cash and gst will not be taken from us( wow). Now that wedding has happed at home and all other wedding halls h are returning the money of their customers. Only arjuna is not returning . The wedding has not happened .. we did not cancel then on what grounds they are refusing we don't know. Please book at your own risk they are just worst. Absolutely won't recommend.

We had booked the hall for engagement which was falling in the lockdown period. He refused to not only give the money back but charged us extra for the hall for rentals. He kept increasing the rates for rentals and per plate for the event. On the day of the event he did not have even one staff member to serve water or tea. They asked us to serve water and tea. During the event this was totally unacceptable. The owner has absolutely no manners to speak with. He had the tone as of he's doing us a favour by giving the hall. Questioning someone's education and background really tells about where you come from. All of the issue created by the owner had really spoilt the mood of the event. The hall and food is definitely good but it doesn't mean the owner can treat the clients the way he wants.
