I suggest them please wind up your pune branch .. as soon as possible .. they lost my wife's ECS then after they didnt deposit the cheque into the bank so that then EMI will be in shedule manner .. and now they are asking us to pay 2 months EMI .. why should customer will take additional burden of 2 EMI i Asked them will pay you posdated cheque as a fine you pay that EMI On my behalf now will repay you latter i will not take additional 2 months burden due to your profetional mistakes.. i will definetly go to consumer court againt there mental harrasment to me and my family.
