I hv ordered fruit cake n they have delivered Butter scotch which v don't like at all, but after cutting cake v came to know, they don't respond when I complaint. They hv lost their valuable customer

Cakes are pretty good But here you will get new flavors of Ice creams... specially Blueberry flavour and custard Apple Flavour is Delicious..... Currently they are taking feedback of the flavors newly arrived at cake links which is good initiative....
Had a very disappointing experience from CakeLinks Pratap Nagar Nagpur. We had ordered a simple Mango cake with White cream and a single slice of fresh Mango on top. Instead what we got is a few decorative chocolate , star shaped sprinklers and sloppy Mango Syrup on top. The presentation of the cake left us disheartened. Not sure about the taste but when clearly stated what was expected from the cake, end result is really bad. The attached image demonstrates the careless finishing of cake. Not sure about the taste but definitely will not order anything from this Cake shop again. Want to give 0 stars !!!!
You can get many varieties of cake here, they also make personalized cake. Nice taste and worthy cakes and pastries.

Very unfortunate to have experience at your shop at Pratap nagar Nagpur yesterday. We tried velvate cake pastry . Experience was worst we ever had. Taste was so bad with hard oily stuff in cake. I came to your shop based on recommendation of friends in company. But do not think taste or quality is there in your shop. Definately not 80 Rs Velvate pastry. I had came there to order for the party 5 kg. But after tasting it i dropped from the plan. Better to go with other vendor. Kindly do not serve old cake to customer.
