Dr. Shailesh Pitale is not just highly qualified physician but also a compassionate professional in his field. My mother has been under his treatment for more than a decade and I don’t think anybody else could have treated her better than him. There were some really critical health issues with my mother over the years, but Sir left no stone unturned in providing the best treatment in getting her out of those critical conditions and eventually saving her life. Dr Pitale is one of the best doctors, his consultation is good, medicine given shows effect, but he sees a patient for very less time. Appointment has to be taken 15 days advance, if you are ill (suddenly) you have to take token and wait in queue for very long. The Junior doctors are okish. Staff in lab is good. Lab report are available by evening. Staff in reception is arrogant. 2 stars for Dr, 1 star for lab staff. Specially reception staff on ground floor is responsible that I prefer others. Due to arrogant behavior, patients like me are deprived from a good doctor, this can be happening with other patients also. Ground floor reception staff should not make patients im-patient.

1. The hospital is absolutely clean 2. The team of support staff is very cooperative 3. Even the staff managing reception area is courteous 4. The junior doctors are extremely cordial and caring 5. Dr Pitale is wonderful doctor. Sarab hai Chemicals said and I quote, "If you have in your doctor, then he can cure you." Pitale Sir instills a lot of confidence in his patients and this helps in having faith in him. As far as his expertise is concerned, we as patients, are not armed with sufficient knowledge to pass any comment.Yes I have immense faith in his ability. Thank you Doctor
