Awesome venue for small family function like birthday, engagement. Everything is gud but the parking issue so i just giving it 4 stars else i would have given 5 stars .

Worst experience calling these people.The person who received the call shouted at me as if I commited a crime calling him for inquiry. Did not feel like even visiting the place after talking to that person.

While their halls and rooms are decent, the manager is the worst. My wedding was around Holi, which we told him when we went to see the hall 8 months in advance because we knew that a lot of places didn't take bookings during holi. But this guy was absolutely okay then to take the booking saying that they are open all year round. We came back happy and immediately booked the hall. A month before the wedding, he started complaining about lack of workers and how our booking has made his life difficult with the management. After that, at every step while finalizing arrangements, he created problem after problem. At one point in discussions, he actually said to us - "why are you booking the rooms for so many days? Nobody does that." He basically didn't care about his business because it was causing him inconvenience. When the guests arrived, half the rooms didn't have a functioning geyser, there was no way to control the ac temperature, and worst of all - the food made available for the guests who were staying there was plain bad. The only good part was that the rooms were clean as they had been recently renovated. Raising any issue didn't help as the manager was least bothered with any of it, and kept saying we don't have workers during holi. We had to make last minute changes to the menu because of his infuriatingly poor management. During the entire time we spoke to him, he was rude and disrespectful to my dad and the event management team we had hired. It was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my and my family's life and he nearly managed to ruin it completely. The management needs to take a hard look at how they service their clients, otherwise soon they will run out of business.

For small function like wedding, reception its was nice place. They have 12 separate rooms for guests with basic facilities. Also their was one hall which has used for selling items and marketing purposes. Situated on the main road so easy to manage transport for same..

Best place in West Nagpur for Reception & marriage function. The hospitality is very good. The food quality is excellent. The overall arrangements for the function is also very Good. Everything required for the guest's are upto the mark.
