Good place for haircut and other services, but the staff is rude, real rude, also the way this people deal with customers(not the regular one's) is pathetic, no proper etiquette. Took services(of more than K bucks) and when asked about washroom, this guys redirect to the public toilet(as if we don't know about the basic amenities being provided to other customers, shame on the staff!!!)Kutz staff used to behave properly earlier. And all customers should be treated equally and properly, staff should get some basic grooming and etiquette manners class, then apply their knowledge to the service; will definitely give them far better ratings then!!!

After I finally stepped out and found the courage to do a hair colour during this ongoing pandemic of COVID-19, to my amazement it was one of the finest and wonderfully hygienic experiences I had at Kutz Salon, located in Sadar. As soon as I entered, staff around the salon sanitised me well and made me wear shoe covers before entering the hair section. All the hair stylists and other staff members followed strict COVID-19 guidelines placed by the government and gave utmost importance on wearing gloves and masks. I wanted to try something new with my look, hence I offered to go for an ash coloured color for my hair. Keshawn Naidu was my hairstylist for the the day, who explained me the complete procedure and even help me give tips to enhance my hair. Unsure about my look, I went with the procedure, which turned out to be fantastically amazing. My mother finding the color tone slightly loud with my skin, she suggested me to get a darker shade on top of it. The next morning, Keshawn again arranged the appointment for me and amazingly tailored a beautiful ashy yet slightly undertone color to my hair, which turned out to be really gorgeous and enhanced my look all over. In short, I loved both color deposits on my hair. Throughout the day, I got immense compliments for my look, which became a great success. I absolutely recommend Kutz salon for hair color and other hair treatments. Keshawn Naidu tremendous job! Cheers!

Went there for Haircut. I had long hair and didn't have a Haircut since February. The staff was polite and amazing. The person who attended me(harsh I think) was amazing too. Didn't have to tell him much. Just told him once wnd he did everything pretty well. Overall I'm quite happy with my experience.️
