These people do not value customers. I was charged 2590 for an initial quote of 1090. They didn't contact me to get my consent before drastically changing the bill. They didnt give a break-up of the charges, and the charges seemed very arbitrary. The initial quote for a skirt was: 895 for stitching and 195 for underskirt (astar). They actually charged 1695 for stitching and 895 for astar. They didn't call me or check with me before increasing the price.

Pathetic service. No customer centricity. Useless staff who goofs up and doesn't even bother to accept and apologies. An owner, who just talks but does nothing to fix the problem created by staff.
