Dr. Madan Kapre is an excellent Doctor as well as human being. No cheating at all. Service is also good. Its my personal experience.

The doctors are really good but this clinic is the most unorganized one. U have to wait for hours and hours. Receptionist are not at all helpful and are uninterested most of the time. U have to take out a whole day because it will take atleast 3-4 hours

Well, Dr. Madan Kapre undoubtedly is an excellent doctor. Which is why we went to this clinic. But frankly, this is one of the most unorganized clinics I have seen. The staff is ill-trained. They are least concerned about the patient. Right from getting a room to getting discharged, there were several hassels. This is particularly surprising, given that Mr. Kapre and his entire family are exceptionally good doctors and patient-friendly. Somehow none of these values are found in their staff. The experience becomes especially harrowing when you are juggling between the needs of the patient and a staff which never attends to you on time. This is also one of the clinics, wherein the night-duty staff are busy listening to music on speaker, conveniently forgetting that they are surrounded by patients - almost all of whom have ENT related issues. So much for their apathy. I guess the clinic is running well, just because of Dr.MLK's expertise. And, perhaps this is why even the staff is assured that they will be getting patients for treatment any which ways.
