The website needs to develop beyond the very basic. In case of overpayment in a billing cycle, the next time you have no way to know how much is remaining surplus. 'Orange City Water Private Limited', do some work to make the website better.

Online payment facility is Superb. The download receipt does not work and I do not have the payment receipt. Hard page bill is not being served in our area since last 2015 to July 2017 commercial rate bill no adjusted this staff cooperate residential area also flat my building Maha bakwas company it is kindly request bill payment revised . I requested to withdraw your facilities form Nagpur

For online payment via bill desk charges Rs5/-, This is against govt's drive of cashless society. It will be nice to add through app like paytm. View bill and receipt download links are not working well. I can't see the bill after it is paid. Hard page bill is not being served in our area since last two bills.

I thank OCW, Nagpur to introduce online payment of water bills. I feel happy and relieved to be able to pay the water bill online and to avoid standing in queue to pay the bill. However, there is one draw back. The 'download receipt' does not work and I do not have the payment receipt. I am hoping that OCW will send me the payment receipt by email. I shall give 5 star rating once the downloading of the payment receipt is rectified.

The site is worst. In online payment additional charges are taken. OCW is doing entry level stuff. not at consumer friendly.

After final payment (Submission) it shows web page is not available pl. try to correct, other wise its a very good application. I personally like very much.
