Slow work by employees and due COVID-19 people need to wait in queue outside the entrance .. there is no waiting area there, I saw that so many people are waiting there on road side. But on the other side they are just taking care of there customers in this pandemic . But people are rushing out there , this is also not good .

SBI is secure bank, bt service is so slow evn token system in bank , cash deposit/withdraw via atm, printing passbook machine most of the time are out of work/or not working
