Sales person of Vedom's are very polite. Earlier too i bought phones and microwave from this shop. Best part is they will explain you about each and every feature of a product if you ask them. They are doing there best to provide the customer with the best discount. Recently I went here to buy tv and surprisingly the price they told me after discounting is comparatively less then online price...

Worst after service, extremely rude behavior of the employee,using filthy language and abusive words,a typical rude employee using his sales skills to sell the product and when it comes to after sales service of product purchased( within span of 15 days ) , he said " mere jeb se paise lagau kya " and bhai ne phone patak diya

Pathetic. I wemt there for mobile screen guard. First of all the employee gave me the matt finished screen guard (it was expensive though) which he did not apply properly. After going home I saw that the screen guard started to peel off. I went back and he said that we do not have a stock and requested to come next day. Next day the employee went out of station and other employee said to come back later. This continued for 3-4 days. Finally when that employee came he reapplied the screen guard and it still had few bubbles. He said that it will go once I charge my phone (mayne due to heat). It didn't work as well. They misguide their customers and I am never going back again to this shop. I do not recommed here for screen guards or mobile covers.

Does not have all types of variants in tv refrigerator washing machine etc. Courteous staff. They will however try to arrange the product through other means .

Unprofessional, they don't know the complete information of the model they are selling. I had purchase LG AC at my Mother-in-law place, when I enquired about certain model, they didn't had that, but they gave me some other model saying it is good. Latter I realized that the AC needs Cleaning the net every 15 days if not done the performance of AC reduces by 40-50%. When I enquired with the LG Service they said that with that Model it is expected. When I enquired with Vedom's they refused the accept that fact saying the net cleaning is required once only in 3 months. When I made the LG service guy call the owner and convince him that that particular model requires cleaning of net every 15 days he didn't agree.

I just gone to purchase normal headphones, but their salesman sold me local wifi headphones worth rupees 1400/- by promising best quality product with six month warranty. within one month charging point broke from inside and they are denying for repair it by saying that damage not covered in warranty. they have lootade me by selling me bad quality product. very bad experience about their quality promises and services. now that headphone is useless for me.
