This is not that monotonous yoga class! Best part is she understands every minute detail of your body and this helps a lot..I have enjoyed every minute of my classes and I always look forward to it..

To me it was a bundle of benifits unwrapped slowly one after the other 1stly I used to catch viral fever every weather change which is all over 2ndltfreedom from joint pains nd rigidity 3rdthyroid level falling in normal range reducing my dosage 4 even anti anxiety pills done off with 5 AMmy negative attitudes towards life due to depression turned positve 6 started enjoy whatever work that I had to do All under VRINDA'S keen vision nd careful handling of the person whome she is hadling . THANKS A LOT VRINDA DEAR . Love you for all your dedicated effort you always put on me.
