ordered from cityflowers.co.in what was supposed to be a haathphool, that was advertised to be “amazing” (if I could add). I paid 1214 for it in hopes to be truly AMAZED by it, as opposed to a handmade customised floral job I could have gotten made from a roadside vendor for 1/10th the price. You not only falsely advertised a product and fooled me as a customer but also broke many norms of professionalism. With my wedding coming through within the span of 3 days, these were some last minute purchases. I would not only like a full refund of the money that you practically fooled me into paying, but also an apology for the unwanted last minute tension you have caused.
