No one is even bother to picking phone calls. I have issue with my account but i have no time to visit bank. Thats why i call them many time. But they r not pick the ph calls.very disappointed service

Okay okay bank..... I like services but not the service providers... Some of the clerical staff do not understand at all that other people too have important time...they just looooove to keep you waiting...and keep talking to you like rubbish.... Some of them are really good...fast ....and understanding.... Only reason m giving it 3 stars

Not happy with the customer service. Trying to contact the branch (Approx. 50 times) for the past two days on the official numbers. The bell is ringing but no one is bothering to attaned. I wonder is it called customer service.

Pathetic service..... Going to bank and doing a small thing like opening a bank account also feels likes fighting kargil war. Opening aa account may take upto 8 to 9 days as half the staff is absence, wandering, chating enjoying tee etc etc...
very poor banking services in this branch the customer executives behaviour are very rode and official no. continuously rings but nobody pick the call ..... the main reason behind it may be govt. b jobs where nobody have any responsibility and no control over him
