The Apex Bank has been as Rural Bank so far. Being the 2nd oldest bank in this area it could have done lot better. It shifted from Hajo road to College road three decades ago. Very late use of information technology. If lateral movement makes it better, it will survive, or else let vanish. The main problem stated to be the miscommunication between the staff and the MD.
