Service is excellent. But still need improvements to utilize the office space for better customer friendliness. Very big office space is available, but not utilizing properly.

The worst experience that i have ever faced, i went to bsnl customer care office to enquire about new broadband connection, the people who sat there were old people who don't have basic traits of how to communicate with customers,they are careless people, they are not even interested to work and to get new customers. When i have enquired about new broadband connection the way they spoke to me made me to lose respect on BSNL, at the very first impression they are not able to satisfy customers,how come they give hope to customers that their issues will get resolved if any in future. So i have decided not to take bsnl connection. Still BSNL employees relaxing and enjoying like same old days. Employees like this are the reason for BSNL Economical downfall. I hope BSNL will fire such employees and hire young blood who can work well and bring Profits to BSNL. I am completely disappointed with BSNL services.

Here, you can get all the BSNL Services like new Mobile, Landline, Broadband connections. You can pay your bills. A PC is provided exclusively for the customers who want to pay bills online themselves. The officer in charge is young and dynamic. Feel free to meet him, for any issues.
