I went to show room no power on condition ...... They immediately checking. Some ram issue ... With in mins they solved me .. just 400 RS charges only.. and good wave of speech... Don't miss the show room.....

had a chance to visit their salem Road branch in attempt to check my lenovo think pad adaptor issue(USB type) . They didn't have standby in this branch and has asked me to go to paramathi road branch near mgr statue. They didn't have stand by their too but managed to confirm its adaptor issue(they got standby frm out side source) . I felt bad just bcos they charged rs. 100 for just confirming adaptor issue. Haven't touched/opned any screws or something. I knew it's adaptor issue as a certified hardware engineer. They said compatible would be ordered for rs.1200 and can get it in next day. But manged to get away after paying rs. 100 and got alternate, as I was running out of time spending 45 mins in both their branches.
