Mr. Manoj from this DHL Agency is a dedicated person really. I tried to bring some medical stuff for personal use from Namakkal to Singapore. However, when the parcel reached Madras, Indian Government banned for export of any medical items. Then he tried to send it from Bangalore. Unfortunately, it could not be sent from there also. He politely explained about ban and assured that both the parcel and monies would be returned safely in a couple of days which got realised just now (on Sunday which is his off day). There was not any deduction for service charge or whatever. The full money was returned with parcel safely to the sender. He is greatly appreciated for prompt response to both attend the call and reply the messages. Thank you Mr. Manoj! Keep it up please!
