I don't know about any other branches, Professional courier namkkal branch is the worst service I ever experienced. Stuff members are not resposive, moreover they never held accountable for their actions. Pls pick your employees wisely, these people are unethical, not customer friendly, rude behavior.

Their service to institutional customers very best. Handling of customers with politeness is their quality. They deliver parcels intact. In all, we can send pockets and parcels reliably. Recently they hiked rates which we request them to reconsider.
