Phil was so patient, positive, knowledgeable, approachable, reliable and kind. Jye successfully passed his P's test on his first attempt. I highly recommend Phil. Shirley (wife and secretary) is also very efficient in her communication with customers. A side note, Jye has a physical disability and also had to deal with his mother receiving a cancer diagnosis so teaching Jye to drive would not have been easy. Phil and Shirley were so supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you.
