I had the worst customer interaction with the lady on the counter. Judging the customer intent without even putting an effort to understand what he wants to say, is just rude behaviour and lead to loosing customers.

Had worst experience. I bought a packed Flash card pack from the store which was badly damage and the price of the product was very high as compar to other online sites. Don't get cheated.

Discounts by the actual Firstcry brand are not applicable here. Its better to buy online and get a store pick up option. I found a broken box of the pacifier that I purchased here and the owner refuses to even get on the call to manage a return or atleast discuss the possibilities. I understand that it is best to practice safety measures in Covid-19 situation. But I paid for a broken item and the owner is not even ready to talk. Store owners in this region always have their way to do things because of limited options to buy 'branded' items
