I do understand that a lot of things in this world are subject to different tastes. That being said, Dominos Napier is objectively horrible. From start to finish, every single part of my experience here has been mildly preferable to starving for a night. For starters. Turn your music down. In fact. Just turn it off entirely. Nobody wants to hear your distorted Indian music set to 11 while patiently waiting for an order you screwed up. Secondly, if you stuff up my order, be upfront and explain it to me. It's not hard. Thirdly. Take some pride in your work. I understand you make pizza on dirt bottom margins and most likely share a bedroom with 8 other blokes, but for the love of god.... spread the toppings across the entire surface of the pizza! Returning here was a calculated risk. I will never eat here again.

I made couple orders and always was something wrong - wrong topping sauce, missing topping, cold food... Today I am very angry becouse I was waiting 45min for my food and I get cold pizza with missing topping again - vegetarian loaded burger but without plant based meat.. Cold horrible fries!!!!

We ordered an early tea. Waiting area had rubbish on floor, both tables had rubbish on it from past diners. All this was not touched by any staff in to 20 minutes we were there. Staff were steady but it certainly wasn't busy and they easily could have presented the waiting area better than it was. No magazines or tv or anything to help pass time while waiting. No rest rooms. Parking was easy. We were very disappointed there were no dessert pizza as they had run out of toppings according to the girl. Staff didnt seem too cheerful...they were there just for the job really. Pizza was ok for a lazy dinner but not overly impressed.

Today i ordered two pizzas, both were missing toppings nd sauce. I checked with staff again, he excused those toppings are not coming on this pizza rather than apologize. Excuse 2 he said we don't keep spring onions that's just showing online menu. After that they made an other pizza then comes spring onions but sauce missed. Excuse 3 he said i am only the person who is handling three sections. I could say that was worse pizzas i had ever and bad customer service.

I know pictures are not the same as the actual product, but I ordered the mega pepperoni. There was less pepperoni on it the the picture of the NORMAL ONE not the mega. This is pathetic
