I have called more than five times to make sure of the connection date as I have to work from home. Every time they said it was processing and there was no problem. However, on the connection day, it was put on hold without notice and even they did not contact me about this. I was so disappointed with their communication and service quality. I do not recommend this company and I will switch to a different company soon.

Now is amazing. I can ring them and speak to someone in minutes. Fast reliable internet. One time my router died at 9pm and they offered to drop me one on the way home because they finished at 9pm and lived out my way. I said no because I am not an addict but amazing service. If you are bored ring Sparks helpline and see how long it takes to get an answer.
I have been with Now in the past and found them great. This time however, has been an utter nightmare! I had signed up on a contract for fibre but asked to be placed on a copper connection until fibre installation date of the 10th. This seemed all to hard for them as they were going to leave me without internet for about 3 weeks. When I finally got someone to connect me they did not tell me that this then cancels the fibre connection date. And here I was waiting around for the installation team. I’ve had no more contact from them until today where I was told it was cancelled. Back to the end of the line I go for installation I guess. Would not recommend.
Simon from tech support is ill mannered, short tempered and not somebody who should talk with real humans. Other techs have been helpful but Simon ruins it for them. I think its the guy who was rude previously to me. NOW screwed up my connection when i signed up so i was in the dark for 3 weeks also. Will call tomorrow to change.Emma in accounts is friendly and efficient.
