This has to be one of the best pet stores in the country, its not just the range of products, the quality of animal husbandry shown or the excellent customer service that make Pet Essentials Napier special but what they do to go above and beyond to ensure the animals and owners have a comfortable and happy experience. Transporting large discus fish is no easy task, there are many factors to take into account not only did Andre take every measure to ensure the discus were transported safely to our home but his expertise helped with introducing these beautiful fish into they're new home. Thank you soo much Pet Essentials Napier, we are very grateful and will definitely be visiting again in the near future
