Profesional scammers. I had to overpaid a travel to the airport. I sent an email and they recognized the error. But they never give me back the money, always they were replying me with excuses. In the end I realise they are not going to giving back my money.

AVOID NAPLES TAXIS AT ALL COST. Took a taxi from Naples train station to the airport, it was supposed to be 20 Euros, asked the driver if he accepts credit cards, he said 'yes' very confidently. At the airport, he demanded he needs cash only, when I pressed him on the credit card machine, he conveniently forgot English and started talking in Italian. ATMs in the Naples airport barely work anyways and since my flight was getting close, I gave him 20 Euros when the taxi meter said 15.30 Euros. The driver then started demanding I pay him 5 euros per luggage and now the bill came to be 30 Euros. I just threw a 20 Euro bill at him and left with my luggage, did not care what the driver kept saying. I took a short taxi all over Italy, everyone was amazing but Naples, and upon reading reviews, this is common in Naples, avoid them.
We took a taxi from the official taxi station at the airport. It happend to be a Consortaxi. The tourist information told us it's a fixed price of 21 to the port to go to Capri. When we arrived at the port, the driver told us, it is 15 each, so 60 total. What taxi charges per Person? We had already left the taxi and I had a 50 bill in my hand to pay the 21. We started to argue about the price. The driver eventually ripped the bill out of my hand, got into his taxi and drove off, as fast as he could. Unfortunately we did not write down the details of the driver, as we did not expect it to be necessary.
On time, good driver and got us where we were going despite the traffic chaos. Would recommend
