Review during renovations. I dropped by to check out local modern art but it had a good chunk closed. On the bright side, it was free. It's one direction where one room is one exhibition. Most of the information they give you is about the artist, with some info about the exhibit and what they're trying to convey. Clean museum with some interesting exhibits.

At the time of visiting only one and bit floors where open, which they don't tell you until you are in. Each set of art is a room, and there are 11 rooms. Some have stories and some are just the process. A couple of interesting pieces but I find modern art a bit hard to appreciate if it's just not done with a lot of thought and story.

We visited for the Banksy show. Had coffee and pastry upstairs in the little cafe before going in. Cute little space to relax.

Beautiful museum, with well curated cutting edge exhibitions. Well worth a visit while in Napoli. It's a refreshing change from the church and sacred art one encounter in every other part of Napoli.

Great modern art gallery with changing and really interesting exhibitions. Reception staff are also friendly. It's also very cool and air-conditioned which was great during the heat. When we went it was empty and we were the only people there, which is a shame for them but was really nice for us. The rooftop terrace was open, so we got a nice view of the city of Naples.
