The overall service of this place was way more better when the business first started but as of today this place has become one of the worst places for families only due to the bad service from the staff. This hotel used to serve one of the best vegetarian food around Narayangaon whereas now it takes hell lot of time to even get you few starters. I won't suggest any family to ever waste their time here. Still if the management is uplifted maybe this place can gain all of its glory back. The owner seriously needs to correct few things. It was a great place once hope things get back to normal here .The worst thing about this place is the staff they've hired. No employee around this place ever cares what customers need,their behaviour is the worst.
