I really recommend it. Such a deep spiritual ambient. Don't forget to visit the higher part of the location which leads to the cave. Enter to the cave if you had the chance (although it's written to not enter, but it doesn't seem serious, because there are neither a person to control nor any lock or gate to prohibite. If you were lucky, you can pick up some Castagna (fruit) from the tree that S. Francesco planted. Enjoy it. Also when you visit the church, you may find doors that are closed, but actually you can open them and you'll find intersting medieval rooms there. Enjoy it.
