I went to get my gear problem resolved and they did resolved it but when I got the bike back next day switch start problem appeared which was not there in my bike earlier I contacted them again and they took my bike and did repairs , Best Person to Contact here is 'BALA' he will listen to you patiently and then will update you about the time it will take to resolve the issue or get the bike serviced, Now they have done temporary fixes and told me that if this problem comes again please come to us... Nice work. I suggest them to increase the number of Mechanic's for getting 3 bikes repaired/serviced at a time. Giving 3.5 stars as I hope they will also work on the time by reducing the time of service/repairs from 2 days to 1 day. As others have mentioned, please don't give your vehicle here. I gave my vehicle without any major problems, and came back with many. I wanted to have them look into some issues while servicing, and they didn't do anything other than basic service. They don't accept card payments. The first time I faced a major issue was after their service. Also, they stole most of my petrol, and in the process, damaged my valve. Please don't give your vehicle here unless you don't care for it.
Servicing is ok but delivery commitment is false. They ask you to come at 5 but will deliver it to you by 7:30. Also they robbed at least 3L of petrol from my bike as my bike's fuel tank was full. I suggest you to travel a bit more and give your bike to some other service centre for better servicing and and no petrol robbing
unproffessionals are working there, I took my bike with 2 problems & came out with 4 problems, lot of smoke coming after servicing I asked why, he said bcoz of engine oil change it will come for some time. later it coming still he said bcoz of water went inside silencer, later again he changed word by saying engine got bored. unnecessarily charges applicable. The worst servicing point I ever seen
