Do not even have basic etiquette.. They charge high and double fee for the programs including exams. When asked for details and reciept, they say that they cannot maintain book of accounts for students and will not give any reciept. When pressed hard, they say that they run their institute like this only and asks us to discontinue when pressurised for details of charges and reciepts. They could not take print out of the hall tickets for exams... Sent 56MB file of all 200 student's hall tickets to parents through Whatsapp and sent a third party PDF editing app link and asked the parents to take their respective kid's hall ticket and get them printed out.
