I have serviced my 2 year old NTORQ in 2 different TVS service centres. This one is the smallest but the best by far. I was in a rush on a sunday, and reached late to the service centre and got 7th serial number for servicing. Initially the guys committed to deliver the vehicle by 3 pm. However, they completed everything by 1 pm. I was happy to save my 2 hours time as I was having another appointment. Best part, when I tried to give some tips, the service engineer says he wont take it with a smile with so much of proud in his eyes. I have not driven my ntorq for almost a year as I was abroad. Literally I drove a drunk scooter to the service centre and they gave me my sober and smooth scooter back...can't expect more.

Great service provided by sakthi tvs! Professional and sincere,, I gave my apache 160 4v for service. Picked up and dropped my bike for affordable cost.. Definitely a trustworthy service center in OMR..
Service is good but the ambience of center and road outside is not great
