Attended physical therapy at this facility following my knee replacement surgery. Excellent professional care. Cindy, Matt and Vicki are the best. They go a step beyond to make sure you receive top notch one on one care. They are understanding and caring. Thank you all so much for the physical and emotional support. I highly recommend this staff and facility.

I came to Navarro Regional ER on 1-1-2021 with shortness of breath. My wait time was about five minutes. From the moment I went to the back I was greeted by the friendliest nurses and nicest doctor. They made me feel at ease and like a priority. I was admitted and spent two days. From the PA, Nurses, Lab Techs ... all the way to the housekeeping staff , I was treated like I was the only patient they had. And I certainly was not. The hospital was almost capacity with Covid patients and other illnesses. When I first walked in I was tense and worried about my health. They made me feel safe and cared for and at ease..They made me feel like we were more like friends helping each other in a time of need than a business relationship. I highly recommended them.

The staff in Physical Therapy were so kind and gentle with me. Their expertise and knowledge of what I needed was spot on. The instructions of what to continue at home is easy to follow but I do miss their encouragement. I mainly worked with Cindy and I appreciate her patience with me. I highly recommend this source of ever in need of physical therapy.
